Hi and welcome, Liz
I expect most of us have felt like that before, which is why we stick together and motivate each other
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header, so please take the time to read it carefully.
Wishing you all the best
I'm the same 🙈😒 motivation is key but I loose mine all the time lol
The biggest single cause of weight loss failure is not eating enough, feeling deprived, getting hungry, and then giving up. Please read the Newbie Club post and all the information Lizzielime and then you will soon be able to change your username to something more appropriate! 😊
Best wishes
Anna
Hi I am in the same boat exactly!!! Don't give up - I won't if you don't. I'm new (last night). You can write me any time you feel like going for the food -- I hope I can figure out how to navigate the site!! You are not alone!!!
Oh my gosh girl I have been losing motivation since I was 16 and now 54. And when I started here I was a year and a half no motivation. Until about a month and a half ago I have the motivation after the years. You want to know why. Well started helping people on the forum and meeting great people. I never had a site that have terrific people like this one. So far I have loss 10lbs. Many more to go but it is a start. Keep us posted and a great journey!!!!
You've done so well Wadestreet You've been here just a little longer than me and to my memory, I've not seen anyone else here struggle so much and yet fight there way through to where you are now. You have been so strong to keep pushing like you have.
I totally agree with you about how much strength, meeting and greeting provides.
Well done on that 10lb loss. That's terrific.
Anyone used any good dance/workout dads?
Sorry dvds😂
🤣🤣 too funny. Lizzielime
I cant recommend any 🙈 but headphones always works for me. I put on some of my favourite tunes that bring me back to the 'days I went clubbing' and simply drift of, I turn the lights down and work my but off for 40 mins to 2-1/2 hours sometimes. The time literally flys by, and it makes me feel great about myself.
Takes a lot for me to motivate myself. Especially when the exercise and be painful 😒
Stay on this forum,
You will get amazing support and great ideas .
We have all suffered setbacks etc ,what a great journey we are on .
