Hello, everyone. How are you all doing on this fine day?
I’m just posting to ask if anyone has any ways in which I can gain motivation for weight loss. If so, please just comment below. I know weight loss it’s self should be motivation, but it’s just not enough for a head start.

There's an underlying assumption in your question: losing weight is horribly unpleasant and difficult, and therefore requires a Herculean dose of motivation.
Losing weight is certainly rewarding in and of itself, but if that isn't sufficient, the lifestyle change that drives weightloss - eating healthy, filling, tasty meals - makes you feel good.

Weight-loss is not all about masochism and motivation... you can "slim smart" instead of trying hard. You do not even have to count calories (but it might help for a start).
