Last year I lost a stone and a half and felt great but unfortunately over the last 12 months have piled it all back on and then some. I am possibly at my heaviest and feeling down. I know I am never gonna be as slim as I want to be so this time just being realistic. Find a nice weight where I am content. Slow and steady wins the race!
