Oh great, welcome welcome! Weigh in with Lytham, join the daily Diary and let us know just how stubborn you are! We look forward to getting to know you - our a your eating and exercise patterns!
Your introduction reminds me of the joke about BMI charts - according to this chart, I’m, ermm, too short! 😂😂😂
Glad you’re planning to maintain your height!
lol oh yeah well you 've got to haven't you?!...we'll see what happens but i am really determined. i think i was born this way. of course it may all be a total failure but then...we'll cross that bridge when we come to it x lol
Slow and steady wins the race!
I‘m much more ambitious than I am stubborn... That’s not ideal for long term results , but this group really has helped me overcome the short term thinking and frustration.
hence my 'wish to lose weight sensibly and steadily.' i agree fully x well done on your amazing weight loss x

Hi there. Have you been following a specific eating plan/diet or counting calories? Or do you attribute your weightloss purely to the C25K?
hi i don't attribute any of it to the C25K, that's inches not weight loss, it helps generally and with the metabolism that's all, no i just cut down. i vaguely count calories but that's it. lovely to meet you x

Good afternoon, I wish you well in your pursuit of achieving your weight loss schedule.
Would you consider the following suggestions:
Adopt a vegetarian & dairy diet.
Refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, vaping & ilicit drugs.
Pursue a solid cardiovascular programme supported with a medium intensity weights session.
I wish you well in achieving you target weight.
