l really need to loose some weight
Hi and welcome to the forum Alana20 - I started about this time last year and it went well at Christmas as I was in a routine didn't eat / drink 4,000 calories in one day like I most prob would have done previous years, but managed to stay at a decent level (Yes I did go over)
So i would say yest start now, but relax a bit over the Christmas period

Start now! Today! Putting things off never helps.
I joined here on 8th Nov last year and Christmas was fine. I relaxed about it but probably didn't go overboard as I might have done before, because I didn't want to undo everything.
So go for it! Good luck
Definitely start now, best foot forward.
Last Christmas I actually lost weight, i had a lot of sickness. I missed out on seeing family.Hoping this year I will be fit and well.
Wishing you well
Hi and welcome Alana20 . I would definitely start now, by the time Christmas is here you could have already lost a bit of weight.
Best of luck to you
