I'm about to go make breakfast (food smart bangers on toast with beans) and lunch (soft cheese and salad sandwich) and I have my trampoling class after work
I'm not sure how I'm going to add more exercise into my week (I already have my 2 trampoline classes booked) as I don't have any money until I get paid in 2 weeks D:

There's also lots of stuff online that you can do. The NHS website has some activities both for cardio and strength. And there's always the Couch to 5K if you're so inclined.
I don't like running either, far too hot and sweaty! I much prefer swimming, but that of course costs money unless you have a handy swimming hole nearby!
Still, try some of the online stuff. You might find something you can fit in that doesn't require money and can be done at home.
I joined the gym, but with a swim only membership. As I swim 3 or 4 times a week it's cheaper than if I were to pay every time I go. If you're on a low income you should check out if your local council has any access schemes that you could possibly qualify for a discount.
Day 4 for me and first day back in the office with my new regime! it's tough already!
Trampolining sounds fun!
Try going for a walk to up your exercise. I have a dog so it's easy as it has to be done but when the weather is nice go out straight after dinner, it's lovely out there. Last night I realised I had been sat down too long (husband walked the dog while I was out with friends), only standing up to cook and do the ironing so found a HIIT on The Body Coach youtube channel youtube.com/user/thebodycoach1. I did a low impact so there was no need to faff about putting trainers and a sports bra on
The amount of food in the staff room is defiantly a challenge!! D:
It is fun! It's British Gymnastics trained
I might ask my mum if we can start walking the dog again like we used to (we used to go on half an hour walks but stopped with me getting in late from work..)
Brilliant, you'll have a great time and the course sounds like it will lead to something in social care/social work. September gives you time to get into the routine of healthy eating. You'll be popular in a shared house with that skill 🎉🎉
