Hi guys kinda beating myself up over this, i started work on Wednesday.. yesterday i ended up having 5 slices of pepperoni pizza with bbq base and cheese stuffed crusts... and then 3 cheese dough balls.. so as you can imagine it's gonna be a gainer this month, i feel terrible.. am i alone?

Surely as human beings we are allowed some of the goods we love without all the guilt? I've just had a freshly baked bread roll with butter . . . Really enjoyed it and I am not going to feel guilty , . . That's the beauty of calorie counting 😊😊😊
Hi guys... well after i wrote this i had an easter cake...it was fantastic.. then like 8 riesens >.> i almost killed my husband for them :/ you guys are right about starting a great weekend, i started work and am walking alot more now BUT i do feel like i am disappointing people come Monday.... when you guys see the + sign!
What I like about this site storm is that when there is a plus sign there is a tidal wave of support and practical advice.
No-one worries about another's plus sign. Those who have them will empathise and those with a minus will be only too glad to share their wisdom on what is working for them.
Everyone on here likes to help so well done for sharing...some,including me would still be metaphorically hiding in the corner with their back to the computer. You fessed up, that is strong and brave and the start of a fight.
So pack up those feelings of guilt, what's done is done, and decide on the positive steps you will make today.

Hiya, its hard, not easy so please don't punish yourself. All is not lost, carry on, as you mean to go on. I try to think about what led up to me eating food I was unhappy about afterwards and try to develop strategies foe the next time I eat at a place which has fewer, healthy choices.

Hi I put 2lb on last week due to several family parties and family pressure. Am at my 2year old granddaughters party this afternoon so I will try and be strong and will be happy to maintain my weight and then get back on track. Life is for enjoying and when I look at the broader picture I have still lost 3 and a half stone in the last 14 months. I saw the nurse at the doctors this week who said that no foods are banned as long as they are in moderation as life would be boring would it not 😄
