Had rough few months and gained back weight. Ready to start again. 12 weeks of focusing on me and happy things. Started yesterday by slowly walking to neighbours to visit and it was lovely. First time since I moved here last year! Even with weight gain I have lost weight that seems to be gone for good. Just the rest of the wobbly wobbly stuff......

Sorry to hear you have had a rough few months Bethbehappy . Good luck with your restart and if you need any extra support just shout out. Well done with the walking yesterday, that is a great start. :)

Well done on your restart Beth. Like you say, you've put some weight on but you've also permanently lost some... you could let admins know in today's What's Happening thread how much you've lost and I'm pretty sure they'd update your badge accordingly

Try to read the posts and replies regularly as they can be a good source of knowledge, motivation and inspiration.

Well done too on your walk to your neighbours.

Thanks so much for support. Bad times are part of my life now so learning to pick myself up and start again. Flipping hard work
