Just wondering if you guys could share tips on staying on track and keeping motivated.
So a little about me is I've always been over weight and in 2017 I managed to get from a size 20 down to a size 12. Most of which I lost in 3 months by working out everyday and even though I dropped dress sizes I still stayed the same weight.
I'm now 14 and a half stone, 5ft 1 inches tall and feeling really really bad about myself and my size. I cant seem to stay motivated and I've always been a comfort eater so when I've had a bad day I always reach of the chocolate (despite being lactose intolerant).
Any advice welcome! I really want to nip this in the bud as soon as I can
