Through my teen years I always maintained a size 8/10 figure, usually being 9st. I finished high school and I don't know what went wrong.
By 17 i was a size 14/16 but had a boyfriend so never felt like I needed to loose weight.
At my biggest I was 24st (two years ago). I knew how much I weighed but I blocked it out. I've always had a lot of friends and always had male attention but it finally hit me that I wanted to loose weight for me, not for men.
I lost the first bit of weight unintentionally which sparked me wanting to loose more. Christmas just gone I was 22st 8lbs. Today I am 21st 4lbs. I haven't lost a lot but I haven't struggled keeping it off. Additionally I have lost 2 dress sizes since last year.
Ideally I would like to be a size 14 in 11 months. I currently take a size 22.

Hi, you have done so well already but I hope you find the forum useful for giving you ideas and support. You could certainly be well on your way to a size 14 in that time if you stay focused. Good luck!
The weight loss since Xmas seems to have halted but I have kept it off....silver lining I guess. It's hard to diet and study. Thanks for the well wishes.
