Hello Kaz1992 I joined 6 weeks ago and am 3lbs off losing a atone in weight I have no willpower and have tried once a week slimming club meetings with weigh ins and never kept it up I did this thinking as its virtual I could cheat on weigh in days but I never have If I get a bad day I log on to read the comments tips and advice and its so much better Im not rushing this time so its slow but sure and I will be here for the duration! Good luck and good will power but log on if you weaken - This works you will see
I attend a weekly slimming club and use this forum for ongoing support, this is what works for me and my weight is reducing steadily. The once a week independent weigh in makes sure I don't cheat and gives an incentive to try and lose each week, but this group is where I get my encouragement!
