I' new
I just want to lose some weight whilst I'm still mobile and got all my own teeth (mostly)
Looking for support I guess as have tried SW and WW over the years but always put the weight straight back on as soon as I stop (not that I lose much anyway).
Looking to lose about 1 1/2 stone - 2 stone so finding it hard as I'm "cuddly" but struggling to get into a size 16 now.... I joined a gym several months ago but don't go as I feel like a billy no mates...
Hence this website... I haven't counted calories since i was a teenager.... can anyone recommend a good (and easy) way to do this?
