Hi everyone, I want to start this 12 week plan tomorrow and hopefully change my life around. Any tips to keep on track

Hi chunkybum and welcome.

I could spend at least an hour supplying you with tips. Nearly all of them are in the plan itself, so make sure you read it, memorise it and action it. I used to read it each week, as it takes me a while for things to sink in and to become second nature.

Additionally, be involved on this forum. Lots of people find it extremely helpful to read the posts and replies, as well as posting and replying themselves. It really helps to maintain focus.

Its tomorrow now, so you are off! Best of luck with it all.

My top tip is to come on here every day and get stuck into conversations and chat. Especially come on here when you are feeling that 'raid the fridge' moment. Maybe join the daily diary thread and share your daily menu. Maybe find the Monday weigh in group and share your starting weight so you have a weekly group to meet up with and share your journey. Maybe join an exercise challenge. Good luck!
