Would like to thank everyone on here for making me so welcome, for the amazing support from the admins already, I lost 6 stone originally but gained 2 stone, but still 4 down. I know with the help and support of this community I will get there in the end again. I done these when I got my 6 stone . can't wait to get that back again

Thankyou everyone , I am determined to get that 2 stone and more after I finished that. I am concentrating on 7lbs at a time
