Unable to go out for a walk as still feeling a bit sore after yesterday but other than that feeling the best i have felt in ages. I am determined to look after myself more and lose weight so i don't feel tired all the time and fall back into old habits again. I am making healthy eating and exercise plans. Time for a new me.

Good to hear you sounding positive :)

Are you thinking of joining today's weigh-in team? They would make you very welcome. And once you've sorted out your meal plans for tomorrow you can enter them on the Daily Diary which is another very friendly place.

All information you need to find your way around is in the links moreless gave you earlier

I have really bad anxiety so struggle going alone but I have an app on my phone and do all my exercise indoors it's called burn belly fat but it has work outs for everywhere in your body at different levels and you can create your own workouts and do as much or little as you want it tells you approx how many calories you have burned I've only been at it a week but it's great

It’s good to feel you sounding so upbeat 😊. Have you seen the Daily chat thread here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... It’s a good place to pop in daily and say hello, as well as check out all the activities we have running

Hi, Kylie89 , Welcome.

How far did you walk yesterday?

When I was fit, and cycled 15,000 miles a year, it would take 30 miles to work off the stiffness from the previous ride - I felt OK for the next 30 miles, and, for the last 30 miles I felt I had done enough for the day.

I have Atrial Fibrillation, and was disabled for five years, but now I walk 30 to 35 km a week.

Now I have HRV4Training, which tells me how fit I am - and if I have over-trained

wow that's amazing. I didn't go for a walk yesterday as i was a bit sore from having a colonoscopy on Wednesday. I went out shopping today and was walking around for about an hour. Don't know how many steps but my mum treated me to a fitness tracker so now able to count every step.
