Very busy days at work , but have managed to stay on track - both regarding calories intake and doing my exercises
I have been craving something sweet a lot ( used to have a bit of chocolate every day ) but proud of myself ;I managed to talk myself out of it and so far I didn't give in . Ate a couple of blackberries instead and was fine !
This week am trying to put together a list of dinner ideas as I don't want food to become boring or too repetitive , so I won't be inclined to go back to my old ways
Have a lovely rest of the week everyone

Well done- it's not easy when work gets in the way. Early days for me and I know increasing my exercise will be helpful so I bought a pedometer- stepping out has got to help !
Yes, well done on eating blackberries instead of chocolate! I am finding that cutting sugar out completely is easier than trying to moderate and I think it's breaking that craving/habit which is a great feeling. I even ran my daughter's birthday party today and managed to eat berries instead of anything sugary, and felt so much better for it. Keep going!
