I put on a lb in week 3 , it was my daughter's birthday and used that as an excuse to over indulged. Any way I will weigh again in the morning , draw a line and start again. I've told myself , no one gets anywhere by giving up!

Sounds like you've coped remarkably well considering, drawing a line under it and moving on is definitely the right attitude.

It takes time to get into a routine in eating better...having good and bad days...have a good week..
Well done with the right attitude. I have done the same in week 2, I've put on the pound I lost last week. I'm doing the same, starting again, more determined this week to lose both pounds!
