Well I have managed to shock myself. Today I did 30 lengths at the pool, then went back to the gym and just done Week 2 Day 2 Couch to 5K. I don't know what's come over me! Weighed myself and took my measurements this morning, so lets see what happens this week!

Brilliant Lollypop01 sounds like you have got off to a great start 30 lengths is really good. You must really enjoy swimming. I am a brilliant swimmer, but haven't found my way into a public swimming pool just yet. This is something I promise to get back into this year hope you enjoying your first week and good luck with your first weigh in
Hi trafford1, 30 lengths isn't many for me, I normally do 40-50 lengths when I go. I knew I was doing a run as well so didn't want to be too tired! Lol x
