Lost 3 pounds, very happy. I have been eating lots of yogurts, think I need to vary my puddings as do need something sweet. Any ideas?

Well done Gill, but make sure you log your loss on the weigh-in thread :)

Have a look at the Recipes/Meals/Snacks Topic for ideas for desserts :)

well done, i made a batch of low calorie jelly, it works out each one in large yougert pot is about 10 calories, really helps with sweet craving, i just made banna flapjacks, healthy option, works out 75 cals per one. havent tried them yet but smell lovely.

Don't forget to post your weight on the weigh-in thread, to be included in the stats :)

Aldi have these little pots of jelly with fruit - peach, pineapple, and mandarin. Think they are about 75 calls per pot and very nice. You don't have to keep them in the fridge but I do so they are nice and chilled. You can get similar things elsewhere but they are more expensive and some are higher calorie

Thank you will look out for them.

I make lots of different frozen desserts, most of which are based on Alpro soya yogurts with things added to them. Eg coconut yogurt with mango puree, almond yogurt with banana and toasted almonds, vanilla yog with raspberries. Just so yummy - we eat dinner quite early (usually before 6pm), so I have this about 8 or 9pm and it sorts out my sweet cravings and and any evening hunger pangs too.

Thank you for this thread - I had managed to completely forget how much I like jelly!!!

Thank you, I will try these frozen desserts and may help me to stop eating any ice cream. I love raspberries so will definitely have that combination.

I normally do a big batch of stewed fruit at the weekend using seasonal fruit and vary to taste.. .Also good when lidil and aldi have fruit offers. Add some mixed spice and vanilla - stew in oven with a little water 30 mins depdant on how much soft fruit you include. When cooked have warm as desert with low fat Greek yogurt a sprinkle of almonds or chaia seeds. Also good as a sugar fix at work hot cold or rm temp....πŸπŸŽπŸπŸ‘πŸ’
