Week 1 weigh in time...

Well after my first week on the Nhs plan I have lost...2lbs! Quite happy with that and trying to stay focussed for the long term (I tend to give up when not getting big results). Short term I'd like to lose another 2lbs this week so that I can get to 12 stone and then break below that the following week. Been to the gym this week quite a bit but it will be tougher to do that this week due to family commitments. Going to be stricter with calories this week, was averaging 1600 a day last week and really need to get it closer to 1400 but happy to be on my way with a loss. Love reading everyone's posts xx

well done, i find if i weigh myself and i dont lose any weight i go off my diet , think i will not weight myself for a few weeks to give myself a chance
