Hi all! So last Monday I weighed myself and I was 13st exactly. Today I am 12st 10lb π!!!
I have followed exercise routines on the NHS website every other day, and have been on a few long walks (now that I have a double buggy for my toddler and newborn!)
I've been trying not to exceed 1500 cals a day and getting at least my 5 a day.
Feeling healthy and positive π
