I've bought myself a set of WW glass scales which comes with a free pedometer! I use the pedometer daily to track how many calories I lose from walking alone..
I can see everyone feels doing weigh in's are really helpful so here is mine!

Thanks. Your readings are good. I've stopped weight watchers as seeing the dietician next month but in the mean time am trying to calorie and fat count. Worse time for me is the evening after supper...I snack on nibbles then watch t.v. /read and go to sleep. Have to break the habit! Only got half a stone to lose to be in the healthy BMI but I'm yo-yoing... lost a stone last year at W.W. but put it back on again in five months and been struggling since. Exercise for me is regular walking mostly, stationary bike and swim occasionally. My weight is 10.4 today was 10.1.5 last week. Ht 5' 2.5" Think if I put my weight here weekly it may help?
I think calorie counting is a very good idea! It really helps me to keep track of EXACTLY what i'm putting into your mouth.
I have the same problem because I have such a sweet tooth! I try to replace the nibbles with fruit and natural yoghurt, why not give that a go?
Yeah I think you should do weekly weigh-ins, I think its motivated me to lose weight & also a good way to keep a record of it. I can hold you accountable for it weekly
lol. Hold me accountable is a BIG incentive ! So thanks for your help. I like savoury nibbles- oatcakes, pretzels, crisps etc. Best not to give in I think, or reduce the amount. Chat soon.
