So not been perfect week, lost the plot on Saturday (red wine related), and to a smaller extent on Sunday at family party but stuck with it rest of time and lost 5lbs. Not much exercise done either apart from usual 4/5 miles walking.

Wow, 5lbs is a lot! You must be very pleased, I think the most I ever lost was 4 lbs way back ( I've returned having hit my first target 2012, of 11st, lost a bit more to 10st 8lb,changed jobs and settled at 10st 12lb, now want to return to 10st 8lb again, now at 10st 9lb).
We all have crap days and some weeks, get up, be bold and start a fresh week!

Thanks everyone, I know I only lost this much because I have so much to lose but it does motivate. Meal out planned in Italian for weekend, eeek. Just a main course and wine, no garlic bread or desert and should be okay if strict rest of week?
