I'm really sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Thats happened to me too, its more common than people think and I wish everyone talked about it more.
Re weight loss - I don't think you can really plan to lose so much in such a short time in any kind of sustainable way. In my experience that will lead to just piling it all back on just as quickly. If you want to lose it for good, you need to take it slow, and change your habits for life. I do understand why you want to get back to normal as fast as possible, but try making some healthy changes to your diet and see how it goes - you need to look after yourself properly. If it was very recent you should check with your GP first I should think. And dont worry too much about not getting exercise as eating the right amount of calories is what will help the most.
Hi, sorry about your misfortune. Apart from dieting, you may want to look at targeted exercises for your stomach which may lead to quicker inch loss in that area. Depending on how far your pregnancy was, you may need to start with gently tightening your stomach muscles before strengthening them. If you like your doctor, I'd start there to get some recommended exercise, if not, just look at NHS advice or similar on the internet. Best of luck - even if you don't lose all the weight you want to in a month, your appearance can change in that time. 10 minutes morning and evening at home is all you need for the exercises to make a difference.
