Apart from c25k and strength and flex does any1 ever do the 10 min workout routines as well to help remove more fat from mid section

That's a nice idea, runchllerun, but whilst you can tone your abdominal muscles, you can't spot reduce fat. You just have to lose the weight all over and do some firming exercises :)

I don't do the 10 minute exercises but would be very interested to try them, where can I find them please.

My exercise is mainly walking and I try to go for an hours walk every day, sometimes weather or lack of time gets in the way though
