We have weigh-ins every day so why not come and join us. You can find the weigh-in on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post and state your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.
To get the best out of the forum be active, share experiences, tips and recipes. Read some of the posts they can be very inspiring and motivate you along the way.
You are not alone in gaining weight due to health issues. But exercise is not essential to lose weight, it's about calories and portion control. Exercise has other benefits but needs to be gentle and balanced to avoid pain afterwards. 😊

I have the same problem with Osteoarthritis and (suspected Fibromyalgia) So I do Yoga as often as I can (usually at least once a week) and swim as much as possible (usually twice/week) - I can't go fast or far, but it is better than nought
Hi, I have similar problems and hope this site will help I need to loose half my current body weight I have been ill for almost a year having had a very physical job I was still overweight but its much worse now I am less active, like you the pain is awful afterwards but I know I still have to do more. I hope your finding the site useful it's encouraging to see how others are finding things, I wish you luck
i also have fibro so understand the pain you can be in ever since I started six weeks ago I seem to have my mind occupied on something else as long as you know when to stop and rest for a while and eat healthier you could be riping the benefits like myself soon good luck
