Good morning all on this cold Sunday morning. I’m getting ready to take my son to his rugby game. I have started and stopped this over the past 2 yrs. when I began I managed to loose a stone and people noticed the change. Life has been difficult and I have had dealt with it by eating and not exercising. I’ve put on all the weight lost plus more! I have 3 stone to loose! I’m a comfort eater. I snack lots and open the wine which of course isn’t helping. I feel horrible about myself and nothing fits. I’m getting started again from today, no more excuses. I will keep posting and will continue to get inspiration from all your posts. Right off to weight myself and then plan my day! Have a great day everyone 😊

hi and welcome back greeny4!!! i have done the same thing, left and come back like 3 or 4 times. i personally get lazy and fall back into my old ways as they are just easier. why i think it is easier to eat myself into a coma is ridiculous but i do. i emotional eat and i ofter wonder am i hungry or am i just eating because it is time to? i know all the tricks to see, wait an hour, drink water etc but it is a good question. i am tired of feeling bad and hating myself. you know and i know that we are good, worthy people that are worth a lot and can do this new way of living and eating. just keep posting when you feel like eating what you think is wrong and reading every chance you get. it helps. good luck to us both.
