I feel I am getting lazy when it comes to how much I am eating again. Old Keeny here started by weighing and balancing everything, then decided I could tell by eye - MY EYES DO DECEIVE ME!! So I am going to weigh and measure everything inc fluids for one week. When the scales get whipped away and packed I have found a handy chart using hands and thumbs (Daily Mail S Porter). Roll on (off!) wobblers Wednesday weigh in come on the wobblers!! and all the rest of us of course !!

Giving my self a shake
Eat in moderation. Diets can go out of the window, although they are good, most of the time people can not stick to it. So just do these 4 things.
- Eat in small amounts
- Stop eating when you are not hungry. There is a difference between not feeling hungry and feeling full. Full is when you are bloated and you can not physically eat anything else.
Not hungry, is when you feel that if you stopped eating you would not feel hungry anymore.
- Drink water with each meal you take. It's important for a adult and children to eat 1- 2 litres of water a day. Water can sometimes be mistaken for the feeling of hunger, so drinking water will prevent eating excess amounts during meal times.
Do not loose hope, I wish the best of luck.
Is that a strawberry milk shake your giving yourself !!!!! Lol. Seriously though hope you do well with weighing your ,eyes do deceive you sometimes. Good luck
