Thanks Flossie. I hope you are doing well. I'm not sure how much more posting I will do here. With the new every day weigh ins I think I may be confusing things with my own. Will keep in touch though. ☺

Know what you mean I'm finding the new format taking a bit of getting used to. Hope SW is going well and your mum is doing ok. Hope you still continue to post, maybe we need a new title ! 🤔

Enjoy your weekend and half term.

😇

New title sounds a good plan, any ideas? SW is OK although I have found it very time consuming and started to want to feel hungry now! Not bloated all the time. Being poorly has just made me want to eat a load of syns so am taking a break. The NHS plan really worked for me and I felt good so may go back to that. Mum's just finished all treatment so fingers crossed no more cancer! Thanks for asking. Hope you have a lovely weekend ☺ x

I've had a think , what about starting your post 'my week' or 'this week' and add a face that reflects what has done ? Could have 'Julia's week' ?? Whatever you post I'll find you lol . Hope you are feeling a bit better.

😇

Hi all,

Hidden - hope you are soon feeling better. Feeling poorly isn't a good start to the weekend..... :(

Pleased to report a 2lb loss this week... last week was a bit of a disaster following Bread-fest in Brussels! That means I am 0.8lb away from 10 stone (10st 0.8lb) and getting back to a total of 4 stone weight loss.

I could have done better this week - I'm not saying I could have lost more, but many things that I really didn't need to eat were consumed :D

Well done. It's tricky to stick to healthy eating when being away. Good luck ☺

Hi Juliet,

Really sorry to hear you're ill, and I hope you'll be able to recuperate and get well - and that you can enjoy half term.

Take care, and I'll look forward to catching up with you when you get back.

Zest :-)
