Last week 12.8st, this week 12.8st so no change. I experimented this week by eating more substantial foods to keep the hunger at bay but still remaining healthy. In this cold I think it was the right thing to do. Maybe back to normal diet as it gets warmer. Really wanting to get lighter for the ski slopes in 3 weeks so hoping for a loss next week I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

I do like your thinking, this week I to have rejigged what I eat and when. This was after watching a BBC programme last week and it has seemed to stop my evening snacking, or maybe it's early days !! Lol 😃

Thanks Flossie, I can't be doing with being hungry in the cold although I don't mind so much normally as I think I must be losing weight! ☺ I lived off that banana bran loaf for mid afternoon snack which really filled me up and carrot soup for lunch (all NHS recipes.) I agree with Flossie, a Maintain is way better than a Gain, so Congratulations for staying the same this week. It sounds like you made a sensible choice to keep hunger at bay - I don't think it's good to feel hungry, and it's important to ensure you're eating nutritional foods that are satisfying - and it shows that you can still do that and not gain any weight.
Hopefully you'll have a loss on the scales next week, all being well.

Thanks Lowcal, I made the banana bran loaf which has fibre I needed in and carrot soup so can see better in the dark now! Plus the obvious vitamins. I probably will cut back next week as weather gets warmer to aid loss for the slopes in Feb. Hope all well with you. Have a lovely weekend 😊

I really like the Banana Bran loaf - very tasty! Carrot soup is great too - I'm hoping to make some Pea and Mint soup this weekend, as I've been meaning to do that for a while, and not done it yet.
I'm doing ok thanks and the week has been not too bad. I'm happy it's the weekend now though - looking forward to that!
