Hi and welcome to this friendly forum.

Take a look at the pinned posts section on the right of the screen bottom if using a mobile phone and especially the newbies post where lots of info can be seen.

We now have a daily weigh in thread so you can choose which day of the week suits you best.

Good luck just shout out if you need more help and use the forum to gain advice, support and to educate on foods etc.

I started by downloading the 12 week plan and it has changed my way of thinking about what we eat hence the supermarket shop takes twice the time lol. Best wishes Bev 👍😊
