Hi, I'm new to the site, I'm the more experienced side of 50 and need to loose 2 stone. I've done the slimming clubs but I work shifts so getting to them on a regular basis has proved impossible. Anyone else have the same issue?

Hi, I'm also new. I have probably got 5+ stone to lose and I am feeling rather overwhelmed. I also work shifts and one in three weekends so I am not sure how I am going to fit exercise in to my daily routine. I'm going to give it my very best effort. Good luck, hope it goes well for you.
oh yes, indeed, i have joined the slimming clubs over and over again, but you know, everyone that i know who lost weight with them put it all back on and more once they stopped going to the clubs. With Health unlocked you stay in control (or try to), and make it a way of life and that is the only way to keep it off. i have found that calorie counting works best for me, personally. although i am a slow loser, that does not worry me, as long as it comes off. I've had a little break due to family issues, but i know this "Club" is always here and ready to welcome me back. i am 64 and still need to lose about 4 stone, (one gone so far), and i am determined to do it.
