Back on (the) track...

Managed to get out and do my 6K this morning - I eased myself in with a five minute walk then ran for 33 mins to cover the 6K. Keeping off the weights and planks for a few more days just in case. I'm amazed at how quickly I've recovered - on Monday night the chest pain from a pulled muscle was so bad I thought I'd be out of action for weeks. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

It is great news Zest and it was super getting out for a run today. Hope you have a great weekend too. All my decs are up, cards send off - everything sorted Christmas I hope so time to relax...
