Disappointed in ME

I've been awol for a while now, I settled back into bad habits and got comfortable again.

There is no one to blame but myself. No one has forced me to eat and be lazy, that is a choice I have made.

However I'm hoping that as I've stopped myself now I can pick up that motivation I had a few months ago!

So my official weight from today is 14st exactly!

Here's to continuing what I started!
