I wish you'd stop worrying about exercise, mycookiemonster. As we've told you before, weight loss is not dependant upon exercise, it's down to what you eat.
Are you able to walk? Swim? Cycle? All of these activities can be done with a baby and will keep you away from the kitchen. If that's not possible either, then find a hobby to occupy you and stop you from eating.
Don't keep food in the house that you shouldn't be eating. You're much less likely to eat if you have to prepare something from scratch, than you are if all you have to do is open a packet.
Stop eating sugar in any shape, or form, because that will make you crave more. Stop drinking tea, if necessary.
Cereals will have the same effect, so eat a protein based breakfast, such as eggs.
Prepare all food from scratch, as jars of sauces will contain sugar and keep you on the same merry-go-round.
Eat enough, so that you're not tempted to snack between meals.

I hope these suggestions help
That's me all over I am a worrier.... I do go for walks I either take my boy for a stroll or I take my dog for a walk.... I also started doing a bit of gardening now the weather is nice.... I think my problem is since having my baby ive just fell in love with food and it needs to stop..... you are right in what you say I need to cut out all the sugar ect. thank you for you advice xx
This 'game' can be very disappointing. I've just weighed myself and found I've put on a kilo... grrr! I'm still to work out what to do but I will.
I feel you should listen to moreless' original reply. You've only recently had your baby (Congrats!) and for now just concentrate on eating well.
You're saying that you can't exercise but don't let this get you down or you are more likely to comfort eat.
What worked for you was lots of exercise and eating little. You can't do that for now so start doing something different. Try using the Daily Diary and see what feedback you get about what you're eating and drinking. You may just find that others here can help change your view on ways to move forward.
Good luck!
thank you for your reply xx
Be kind to yourself. What would you say to a friend who was in this position? Do some positive things, eat more vegetables and drink more water and go from there. Start the 12 week plan again to remind you how to make some sustainable changes, and more less is right....it’s all about what you eat. Good luck 😊
funny you should say that as my friend was having a bad day last week as she trting to lose weight and I told her she is a strong minded person and can do it just got to put your mind to it..... she said she aint got the motivation to do it no more so I showed her a pic of what she used to look like I think that gave her motivation.... maybe I should listen to my own words and all the advice I have been given.... thank you for your reply xx
Sounds like you’ve got the perfect support with your friend.....if you take the journey together I’m sure you’ll see fab results 😊
Today is a new day stop being so hard on yourself. Also very unrealistic to starve yourself and exercise where would you find the energy!!
Follow the advice given by the others and you be on the right track.
Good luck
I am going to follow advice given to me thank you for your reply xx
