So I have put on 1kg this week, very very disappointed but I no where I went wrong so I guess that helps abit :/ I had a takeaway Chinese, then the rest for breakfast the next day πŸ™ˆ then I made homemade millionaire shortbread and did have a few of them πŸ™ˆ and must admit I have been having unhealthy food all week, no calorie counting, salad, no veg.

This is a new week and I'm back on it. Calorie counting this morning and planing my meals, plenty of fresh and frozen veg and salad in my kitchen. Hear we go,

On the plus side, going on holiday Friday, and all my dresses fit me again, no holiday shopping needed 😊😊 first goal complet.

Next goal will be to buy a nice fitted size 12 dress for Christmas and New Years πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ already back into my size 12 maternity trousers so not to unrealist goal to head for ☺️ Good luck everyone.

How fabulous to be able to fit into your clothes again.

Once weeks blip is hardly the end of the world and you know where you slipped up, so as you said "here we go" again.

Good luck

Good for you getting right back on track with the calorie counting. It's great to hear that you are fitting into your dresses just in time for your hols :-) I hope you have a wonderful holiday

Everyone has slip ups! You sound like your on it straight away. The thing is to learn from it and make some changes, then see what happens!

Just a thought - if you'd had enough of the Chinese the night before why didn't you bin it? We've got used to too much of the wrong sort of food, in too big portions! Skinny people leave food and then throw it away!

And as a connoisseur of millionaires shortbread I can absolutely confirm that it was the fat version of me that had them in the house; not any more - they went when I cleared out al the unhealthy food - food is fuel! Not a reward, not a treat.

I had go get rid of everything like that - even breakfast cereals and never have them in the house. They are not your friends!

Enjoy your healthy eating this week and let us know how you get on!

My skinny boyfriend loves that millionaires shortbread too. He gets the mini squares version from the bakery in Tesco and has about one a week. That's what 'skinny' people do. Ha - the challenge of having all those beauties sitting around temptingly all the time! (Hence I developed a 'treats drawer' for him to keep these things in, out of sight :) )
