Yes, that's right. But, bagels have different amounts of carbs. depending on how big and amount you eat of the bagel.

I don't really buy bagels, but having seen this tasty suggestion, I am adding them to my shopping list next week. Feta, lettuce and baby toms are standard in my fridge.
