Loads of lettuce cucumbers tomato one stick of celery with some smoked cheese some parsley with a extra virgin olive oil and sea salt dressing home made.🌻
Looks lovely! For the Next salad, try increasing protein foods like cheese or sliced meat to keep you fuller for longer. Oat crackers and smoked cheese would be another great Lunch option and contain slow-release carbs to keep you full and digest nicely.
