Lunch

Just thought I would let you all see my lunch my hubbys done.

Loads of lettuce cucumbers tomato one stick of celery with some smoked cheese some parsley with a extra virgin olive oil and sea salt dressing home made.🌻

I can see my dog had to get in on it 🌻

Looks lovely! For the Next salad, try increasing protein foods like cheese or sliced meat to keep you fuller for longer. Oat crackers and smoked cheese would be another great Lunch option and contain slow-release carbs to keep you full and digest nicely.

I’m on low carbs high fats eating plan. It’s working really well for me and I don’t really get hungry.

What smoked cheese do you use I never tried it

We get ours from most supermarkets it can come sliced or in a tube that you can slice.🌻
