If you look at the Topics section to the right of the page Pam, you'll see one entitled Recipes/Meals/Snacks. There are more in the pinned posts. I hope that helps :)

Does all sound delicious and I would love to do it so any help will be really good

Hope you have a good week

I have my scales & weigh everything that goes in the pan then work out the calories While it's cooking to see how many portions I need to do. Boil in the bag rice is around 220-260 a portion pasta varies but I tend to do 75g now so if I work my curry stroke chilli to between 200-250 a portion then I am within my calories.. hope this helps.... main thing i'very found is SCALES are a must have ☺

Always bring 2 litres of water to work in my bag & use ice blocks to keep cool.... Water is essential as it helps tell your mind that you don't always need food to feel full ☺

Some kind of roasted veg stuff; ratatouille or caponata (I think it's tastier, loads of very easy recipes online) topped with a (weighed) quantity of cheese for added flavour.

Lunches we have had are as follows;

Wholemeal wraps with smoked salmon, avocado, lettuce, balsamic dressing

Soups made up from left over veg, chicken stock, left over cauliflower cheese etc blitzed in the blender. Add herbs, worcester sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Smoked mackerel quickly pan-fried in tiny bit of oil served with cold new potatoes and salad

Omelette; chop up bits of cold veg, cold ham etc and fry up an onion, then cover with egg & small amount of milk, add sprinkle of mixed herbs, cook in frying pan with a lid on. Fold in half to serve.

Jacket potato with coleslaw or beans

Cold Ham or Tikka Chicken with chutney in a sandwich

We always finish with a yogurt or piece of fruit for afters!

Remember to serve with a large mug of fruit tea or tea or coffee to fill you up.
