So I've been doing low carb recently, and lost 7lbs in the week, was feeling really positive and excited about it.
But yesterday, I don't know. I just gave in to all my cravings and just packed myself full of carbs. Weighed myself this morning and had gained 2.4lbs.
I'm trying not to be mad at myself, I know slip ups happen. I know at this point, the weight loss ins't just a want, its a need. I need to do this, for the sake of my health, and reversing my diabetes.
I just hope that the slip ups don't happen too often!
