same weight as last week......found heat and humidity a big challenge.

A maintain is better than a gain :) Well done!

Yes - it's a problem isn't it? I'm all swolled up too and running hasn't really been an option so I've done less hard effort aerobic. I'm going to go swimming tonight - a nice treat in the heat. I guess at least the swelling means that our weight doesn't really reflect how much fat we have. Once the weather improves, we should shrink.

Remember maintaining is something to congratulate yourself on!

I have found that with the heat getting up a little earlier to do my walk as been better than waitng till lunchtime.. keep going not a gain :-)

And here was me wishing it was warmer! :)

Could do without the humidity though.
