Good for you not three stone just two pounds then a pound and so on Your diet change will immediately improve your sense of well - being. It's great. I don't like people saying I am on a diet anymore. This suggests you will do something short term and then go back. I think you change the way you eat and drink for life. As I look around so many of us let our bodies become obese nowadays. However you just need to focus on you. I thought it was going to be really hard but it's not. Enjoy feeling hungry sometimes as you know it's working. the feeling passes drink lots of water. Good luck!
