Thanks Lytham. I would like to join the Summer Challenge - but can't figure out how to do it! Help!! My pledge is to lose 14lbs by beginning of July, to walk 10,000 steps a day and to go swimming twice a week.

Hi Mouse2001, Very best of luck with NHS Healthy Choices, I am just starting week twelve on Monday, it has been life changing. I log on to the Daily Diary and plan my food and execise for the day. The members have been really supportive and kind, sharing their knowledge and helping me change what I eat for the better.
