π

Its my first day too, starting today to use myfitnesspal and starting the C25K as well.
Have a brill first day x
Good luck Are you joining lowcal's Monday weigh in thread ? There is great support in there and it might help with the motivation.
We are in it together MrsMotivator.. Today is my Day 2.. All the very best to you..
Keep eating the right food and get 30 min of good activity each day.. Thats what I am counting on
Good luck and let us know how it goes. I have found everyone in this forum so friendly and motivating. So much so that I'm off out on a walk. I'm taking it one step at a time π
Good luck. It's all about lifestyle change. I started at 12st4, and no longer fitting into any jeans that I felt I could wear, stuck in skirts all the time. Now I'm back in jeans, and way healthier. Really recommend the NHS 12 week plan and this ace forum. You can totally do it
Welcome this is a fab site with loads of support with your journey. If you've got a question someone always knows the answer.
Have a great first week.
Hi Mrsmotivator, welcome and enjoy this wonderful forum....great for support and when you get tempted to nibble, do a post or reply to a post instead...it really works. Amazing people on here. π
Thats great and as others have said this is a really supportive site.
A couple of things I think are important that you may have already covered.
Do you have something in mind that you are working towards apart from your goal weight - fitting into some gorgeous dress or running a 5K run or rock climbing....
Rewards - make sure you reward yourself as the pounds come off. Someone else here (I feel terrible - can't remember who it is) posted a photo of their rewards board showing what they would get themselves for each 10 pounds off - it works really well.
Commit to doing 30 days of exercise for at least 30 minutes a day no exceptions NO excuses, rain, hail, sickness. I found this to be a great tool and after now doing my 30 days I actually look forward to exercising - unlike the couch potato just 30 days ago who shuddered every time I look at a hill
GL - I am sure you will do great
