Today I’m starting my weight loss journey , I’ve been here before , I’ve lost the weight and then comfort ate it all back on over the years when life gets stressful
I’m now ready to embrace a change for myself , to feel physically free of the extra poundage
I enjoy exercise and walking already but won’t it all be so much easier without dragging around my extra portions
My weak time is definitely evenings when we relax, does anyone else get willpower wobbles in the evening?
