Last January,I started protein diet,the only one have results for me.
I am 65 kg now ,i stabilized my weight but I need to loose 10 more kilos.
Any ideas ;; I have plan to follow the same path but seems little slow..

Heya, i find eating a good amount of protein works for me aswell. Are you eating enough veg with your protein? If you are doing 5 a day perhaps up it to 7-8 a day, as i think Canada or Australia recommends that much, and alot of dieticians think we should eat more than 5. Ive just discovered how great mushrooms are- so satisfying and hardly any cals.
You could also try some kind of extra exercise per week, like a class or walking half way to work? Maybe drink a glass of water before each meal, as you will probably eat a little less.
Also if youve got only about a stone to lose now it will be slower than when you had more to lose. I know its frustrating to lose slowly but its natural.
