Zero snacking

This sounds radical but 8.5 stones lighter it works. At the start of my journey I decided to eat 3 healthy meals per day and nothing in between. I'm never hungry, have bundles of energy and sleep well. After 14 months not eating between meals is perfectly normal.

wow nortodd, you are tough. I am not sure I could do that. although I have never actually tried. a bundle of energy would be awesome though, I do kind of lack in that territory. I am trying to exercise but my stationary bike is outside and it is 105 degrees here for the last 2 weeks. I know I need to try to find something to do in the house or whatever, I cant really afford a gym, but I am not sure what to do. anyway you are the best!

Hello Katy

Do you have stairs in your house? If so use them as your gym and start going up and down a bit more. Simple and its exercise! x

Hi Katy

The energy and feeling good has become a great motivator when temptation comes along. I have no intention of sacrificing the energy or the feel good factor for anything!

You are right about the exercise. Do you have something like an indoor shopping mall that is air-conditioned nearby? Could be worth just walking around (briskly) when it isn't too busy.

You clearly know what is good for you. Good luck in taking the next steps. Look after yourself even if that means being a little selfish. All the best.

Well done you! I could never have managed that. I need my snacks :) can't eat meals as large as I would need to sustain me.

What an inspiration you are. Snacking is so habitual for me, today I asked myself if I was hungry when I reached for a snack and the answer was no, so I didn't bother. 8.5 stone lighter, you must feel great. 😄

Good luck with cutting down on the snacking. Because I eat 3 good healthy meals a day now I have no actual need for snacking. I don't want to go back to how I used to feel. I haven't felt this good for decades.
