I am on Week 2 of my weight loss program. Twice or thrice a day.. like around 11 AM or 4 PM, I have these hunger pangs. I feel extremely hungry - and 2-3 almonds or a cracker aren't really helping. Any tips for what I can munch during these times ? It has to be something I can pack and take to office...
Oh and I am vegetarian.

How about a fruit salad or a Mullerlight yoghurt, the raspberry with drak choc are lovely!! I am currently on Slimming World and these yoghurts are what they call 'free' so you can have as many as you want. Or how about a mugshot?
How about trying oatcakes (unsweetened) with some fruit; or a plain yoghurt and nuts or blueberries; or an apple and nuts? Or try having a slightly more substantial breakfast to see if you can feel fuller for longer - maybe some wholegrain toast with a couple of poached eggs; or some porridge?
I eat some celery and carrot sticks with a little cottage chese or homous in the morning about 10am. Then a rice cake or piece of fruit for afternoon snack.
Glass of water? Teeth cleaning? If I get like this, I bring forward my lunch which may not be possible for you. If it is 11am I'll tell myself I'll have an early lunch and set myself a task after which I can eat... and fairly often the mood goes away.. or it is near enough to 12 to hang on... and so it goes.
Eat more/more sustaining foods at breakfast and lunch? I find I do best having a pretty even calorie count for my three meals rather than a bigger one in the evening.
Rice cakes are good, celery sticks with houmous, blueberries ( i bring the whole pack to work and eat it gradually), slice of bread with reduced fat peanut butter, plain popcorn, i also bring berries with full fat yoghurt ( fat free stuff = looots of sugar which just beats the point) and i sprinkle some oats on the top as well... oh also a bit more time consuming i guess but today i brought in home made cucumber sushi rolls! all the best
