Excellent progress; tell us all here how you stay on track and what motivates you? You must be putting in quite a bit of effort to lose that much each week; many of us think we are doing well if we lose just 1lb a week!

I am extremely good and stay within my caloris and I try and do 30 mins activity per day. I'm doing couch25k everyother day. I'm very motivated at the moment
