Well I've lost 1 1/4lb this week, my weight is now 10.10 3/4, St, 10.8st seems nearer!

Very happy with that loss

Thanks, even at 10.8 St, I'm still overweight, wear a pain, apparently 10.6 is ok, we see

Ate sensibly, lots of celery and carrots and drink lots of herbal tea!

Hi Nsky, I guess we must be the same height as 10st6 is the top healthy weight for me too. Congrats on getting so close. I'm also close at 10st10 now, aiming for 10st7 then maintaining. Hope you have a great week :)

That is AWESOME!

Pick up a 1lb bag of sugar and do some bicep curls with it =- you'll soon realise how heavy that one pound must be for your body to lift up and down all day.

Never keep the stuff indoors, well not in bags, I do have canned tomatoes a good diet friendly option!
